Registered the company with DBD: Department of Business Development to enable to work with the big companies that require the registration.
The first person in Thailand to receive the Growth Master Certificate from Growth Hackers University in the United States that was founded by Sean Ellis who pioneered the term Growth Hacking.
Invited to speak at many startup events in Thailand about the science of Growth Hacking. Also, at this period began the expand the team to allow to help with growing customers.
Started to build the company’s first digital product, Endlessloop (endlessloop.app). The growth framework that works as a Loop replacing the Funnel. This framework will allow the business to see the overall picture of the business’s Growth allowing to see the estimated budget and result. The process will be automated in the future.
Aanant Sony joined the company as the co-founder to help with a company that is growing rapidly working as the Chief Operation Officer (COO.)
The second digital product of the company began testing through MVP phase to prove the idea and the concept. It is the beginning of Wirtual (wirtual.co) a sporting platform that will connect the offline and online seamlessly.
The knowledge of Growth is not very widespread as of yet in Thailand, so we built the Media to educate the people about the science of Growth Hacking. The media is called The Growth Master (thegrowthmaster.com)
Expanded the agency as a separate project from W.JAMES by renaming to w experience (wexperience.co) to help the customers for Growth completely.
We have grown more than 200% in terms of customers and revenue each year.
